The Los Angeles Center for Snoring & Sinus Disorders provides state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facilities. We have on site allergy testing, fiberoptic endoscopes with video documentation, microbiology for infection and CT of the sinuses.
Dr. Finerman is trained in the most advanced techniques for techniques for treatment of snoring and sinus disorders including computer image-guided functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), Balloon Sinuplasty, radio frequency ablation for the palate and turbinates (Somnus and Coblation), and the Pillar implant procedure. We also have available a device to perform diagnostic monitoring for sleep apnea that can be used at home. Additionally Dr. Finerman has a close relationship with overnight sleep laboratories for potentially severe snoring cases where more detailed studies are indicated, including evaluation for continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP).
